The NCM Instructional Designer is responsible for the planning, editing, quality control and development of curricula. They will assist in development of new learning programs in conjunction with the Content Team Manager. Additionally, this position is responsible for the review of marketing material related to the Institute, to ensure it accurately describes the key learning objectives of each program.

Account Manager (Temporary role)

We are seeking a TEMPORARY Account Manager to join us for a 10-12 week project. The Account Manager will lead a variety of complex programs and strategic planning, development and execution for Enterprise accounts. This individual will be responsible for program planning in addition to developing and implementing new systems and processes to support, retain and grow enterprise accounts. This individual will represent the client program management function for assigned accounts to both internal and external program partners with the goal of improving strategic program oversight, delivery, reporting and account management.
