He began his career in 2007 at Chrysler Financial in the collections department before transitioning to OEM roles with Chrysler and Kia. He then spent six years for a dealer group holding positions in sales, after-sales, general management, and VP of operations. Jean-Olivier later served as a Regional Area Manager at Audi, overseeing dealership performance and operational improvements. Before joining NCM, he also worked in mergers and acquisitions.
With a bachelor’s degree in finance from HEC Montréal, Jean-Olivier brings a strong analytical and strategic perspective to his work. His guiding principle is centered around simplification and acceleration, often asking, “How can we simplify a task to move forward faster?”
