John Germani brings a distinctive blend of technology expertise, operational leadership, facilitation, and hands-on dealership implementation experience to automotive organizations across North America.

John spent 12 years in software development and project management, leading teams that delivered scalable solutions still used today by thousands of automotive dealerships. His background in systems design and structured execution provides a practical, data-driven perspective on dealership performance and long-term sustainability.

In 2011, John transitioned into facilitation and moderation, partnering with dealership leaders across North America to identify opportunities, uncover best practices, and drive measurable improvement through disciplined goal setting and accountability. He works alongside leadership teams to align strategy, strengthen focus, and execute with clarity.

After 17 years with ADP/CDK and two years with NCM Associates, John joined the senior leadership team of an 18-rooftop automotive dealer group. Over the next two years, he shifted from facilitation to direct, hands-on implementation—working inside dealerships to develop people, processes, and systems that improved accountability, communication, financial performance, and operational consistency. He partnered with department leaders to establish effective meeting rhythms, implement KPI-driven management practices, strengthen forecasting and budgeting discipline, and elevate leadership capability across the organization. This real-world experience sharpened his ability to translate strategy into practical execution at the store level.

John later expanded his leadership toolkit through BOS-UP Coaching Certification and Maxwell Leadership Certification, including the Maxwell DISC Assessment, further equipping him to support organizational clarity, leadership growth, and team development.

Today, John has returned to NCM Associates to serve his clients as a moderator, consultant, trusted advisor, and coach—helping dealership leaders build stronger organizations, develop healthier teams, and achieve sustainable results.
