Moderator Team Manager

Michael Schneller serves as the Moderator Team Manager at NCM Associates, where he oversees teams, optimizes processes, and allocates resources to meet both production and quality goals. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the automotive dealership industry, Michael brings a deep and comprehensive understanding of dealership operations—including DMS systems, accounting, finance, sales, business development, and service.

Throughout his career, Michael has held several pivotal roles such as Performance Manager, Launch Trainer, Solution Sales Consultant, and Regional Account Manager, all within the automotive space. His dynamic background reflects a strong commitment to improving performance and driving results.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a Minor in Human Relations from Park University. He also studied at the University of the Ozarks with an emphasis in law and earned an Associate of Arts degree with a Pre-Med emphasis from Maple Woods College.

In addition to his automotive expertise, Michael is well-versed in Executive Coaching, Change Management, and Leadership Development.

Outside of work, Michael enjoys boating, horseback riding, hiking, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends.
