Rick Surette brings 30 years of experience in delivering large-scale information technology and business management projects. As Senior Project Manager, Rick works closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to ensure project success through strong collaboration and solution-oriented execution.

Before joining NCM Associates, Rick led several multi-million-dollar IT Solution initiatives, combining his foundational background as a programmer / architect with his leadership as a Project Manager. His technical depth enables him to manage complex solutions with a clear understanding of system architecture, data integrity, and delivery risks. Rick is known for successfully managing complex or at-risk projects, from enterprise-scale government solutions to sophisticated business management systems for Automotive OEM clients.

Rick has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certifications.
