Jeff Lind

Jeff Lind is and NCM Instructor and Consultant responsible for automotive management training and onsite consultation. Jeff is a subject matter expert in fixed operations.

After 30 years in retail automotive he is passionate about sharing experience and knowledge with managers that may be new to their respected positions as well as experienced professionals.

Jeff began his career as a dealership service advisor and climbed the ranks to assistant service manager, service director and fixed operations director over four rooftops. He is very knowledgeable in both sales management and production management.

Jeff has had the benefit of being exposed to many levels of automotive management and sales training. The foundation of this training started right here at NCM where he was a student manager in 2014.

Jeff likes to spend time with his family, play golf, and play guitar.  He can also be found spending time with his dog, a lemon drop beagle named Leo.
