Winston Long Jr.

Instructor/Consultant

Winston Long Jr. is a Fixed Operations Instructor and Consultant who is passionate about the automotive industry, but even more so about helping people grow. He believes that investing in people is the most effective way to grow a business. 

Winston began his automotive career as a technician, spending 10 years as a BMW Master Technician. He has also worked as a service advisor, manager, and on the variable side in sales and finance. Most recently, he served as a Fixed Operations Director. 

Winston holds an associate's degree in electrical engineering. He successfully led his team to achieve the highest Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in the Southeast region for Hyundai. A former athlete, Winston enjoys watching sports in his free time.

He has two children in college, a recent graduate who is now a teacher, and his youngest is currently a junior in high school.
