Business Development Consultant
Jasen Kitts is a Dealer Development Consultant at NCM, where he partners with automotive dealers to build strategic, results-driven training roadmaps. His work focuses on aligning consulting initiatives with NCM’s Institute programs to help dealerships develop stronger leadership, improve performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Jasen also works closely with dealer groups to support the formation of internal 20 Groups, as well as guide dealers toward external 20 Groups that best fit their operational goals and culture. Using benchmark data, he strategically designs customized training and consulting roadmaps that help dealers identify their greatest areas of opportunity and focus on the growth initiatives that will have the most impact. By combining benchmarking, peer collaboration, and targeted training, he helps dealers strengthen accountability and turn insight into action.
Jasen Kitts has been passionate about the automotive industry since 1995, beginning his career as a lot technician at a Jeep, Eagle, Subaru, Cadillac, and Oldsmobile dealership. Over the years, he progressed through every facet of the business, ultimately becoming an operating partner at a standalone Jeep store. This hands-on experience across dealership operations, leadership, and automotive software gives Jasen a well-rounded, real-world perspective on what it takes to succeed in today’s retail automotive environment.
Throughout his career, Jasen has remained deeply committed to helping others in the industry grow and succeed. Jasen Kitts began his automotive career in 1995 as a lot technician at a Jeep, Eagle, Subaru, Cadillac, and Oldsmobile dealership. By 1998, he had advanced quickly in the business, becoming one of the youngest finance managers in the state of Colorado.
He later relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona, where he managed Nissan, Subaru, and Jeep operations. Jasen eventually returned to his home state of Colorado, where he went on to manage a Toyota dealership.
Building on his dealership experience, Jasen transitioned into the automotive technology space with vAuto / StockWave, where he worked closely with dealers to drive success through strategic inventory acquisition, marketing, and merchandising. His focus was on helping dealers increase used vehicle sales volume by leveraging data-driven processes and effective software utilization.
Today, Jasen has the privilege of working with NCM, where he partners with dealers to help them succeed every day through training, consulting, and performance-focused development. With decades of hands-on experience across multiple facets of the automotive industry, Jasen remains deeply passionate about helping dealers and their teams achieve lasting success.
Jasen’s professional development is grounded in extensive sales and leadership training throughout his career. His training background includes Joe Verde Management, Grant Cardone, Selling Systems, and manufacturer-led programs with Nissan, Subaru, and Chrysler. He has also completed advanced coursework in Selling Leadership, Behavioral Interviewing, and Integrity Selling Solutions, and is a graduate of Dealer Academy. This wide-ranging foundation has equipped Jasen with a practical, people-focused approach to coaching and development, allowing him to help dealers and their teams turn training concepts into measurable results.
Outside of work, Jasen enjoys spending time with his four adult children and his grandchild. He stays active through bike riding and going to the gym, and enjoys participating in local festivals and community events.
Jasen takes deep pride in mentoring and coaching men through group settings, particularly those facing personal or professional challenges. He is passionate about helping others grow, strengthen accountability, and move forward with purpose.
