Robin is a client engagement specialist who works with dealerships to provide guidance in determining the service or product that is the most beneficial to them. She believes that NCM 20 Groups have been the root of success for dealer principals and managers over the past 70 years. Robin recently earned the business of a 20 Group that transitioned to NCM from a different consulting company. She worked with one of the group's executive committee members for over one and a half years to build the member's trust so they would commit to the move.

Robin has taken general management training classes through NCMi and received a certificate of completion. Also, Robin enjoys riding their Harley with her husband, taking trips on their motorcycle, and watching sports. Excitingly, she recently became a grandmother and loves spending time with her grandson!
